Position Overview
The Regional Facilities Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of multiple sites within designated region. This role ensures facilities are safe, compliant, well maintained, and operating efficiently. The coordinator partners closely with the Regional Facilities Leader, local site managers/ teams, and external vendors to deliver high quality facility services and a consistent employee experience. This is a onsite position located in Basingstoke, UK.
Facility Operations & Maintenance
+ Coordinate day‑to‑day facility operations across regional sites, including building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
+ Conduct routine site walk‑throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
