The Regional Director, Store Operations is responsible for leading a high-performing team of District Managers to drive operational excellence, profitable sales growth, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences across an assigned region. This role provides leadership and accountability for the financial, operational, merchandising, and people performance of all stores within the region.

Reporting directly to the Zone Vice President, the Regional Director serves as the senior operational leader for the region, translating zone strategy into execution through a team of District Managers.
