Regional Director of Operations - Veterinary Hospitals Utah & Idaho

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support a growing network of hospitals across Utah and Idaho for an exceptional veterinary organization. Reporting directly to the COO, this role oversees approximately 8–10 veterinary hospitals across two states (Utah & Idaho). Key responsibilities include:

• Provide operational leadership and strategic support to multiple veterinary hospitals
• Partner closely with hospital leaders and veterinary teams to drive performance, culture, and engagement
• Own full P&L oversight across the region (excluding rent/real estate responsibilities)
• Support operational growth initiatives and help elevate hospital performance
