BayMark Health Services, the nation’s leading provider of opioid treatment programs, is seeking a forward-thinking Regional Director of Operations to lead our Washington, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota sites. This is a high-impact executive role for a seasoned operational leader passionate about patient care, organizational performance, and strategic growth.
As Regional Director, you will serve as a regional CEO, owning the performance of multiple treatment centers, leading diverse clinical and operational teams, and delivering measurable outcomes across quality, compliance, and financial benchmarks.
