Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocationEnsure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunitiesAnalyze and improve delivery processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gainsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery experiencesMonitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfactionDevelop and implement contingency plans to mitigate delivery disruptions and ensure business continuityRequirements:
