Job Purpose

Compliance in Allianz Technology Group operates as a highly integrated function spanning all local presences of Allianz Technology globally. The role is to steer, oversee and manage the regional compliance function and associated risks. It includes support and guidance on compliance matters on escalated topics with focus on compliance risks management, streamlining operational processes across the relevant regions, developing compliance oversight and monitoring strategy for local branches and entities in scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead regional compliance function, lead as a functional manager local compliance officers within the relevant region.
• Ensure implementation of relevant compliance programs and corporate rules to address compliance risks in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
