Pay Range: $152,149.00 - $202,858.00



Manage/oversee/direct all responsibilities associated with viable commercial lending portfolio as directed by Senior Management and Board of Directors. Assist in high-level development of long-term commercial lending strategies at NBT and oversee the implementation of those strategies. Oversees and develops staff required to meet commercial lending initiatives. Develops related business plans, budgets and training schedules. Participates in new business development, cross-sell initiatives, new related products and services.


Education and Experience:

+ 4 year degree or related experience 10 years Commercial Lending Experience 5 years of Management experience
