Role: Regional Collection Manager – Field Collection Auto Loans
Location: Noida
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage field collections for the auto loan portfolio across the assigned region, ensuring reduction in delinquencies, improving recovery rates, and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end field collections for auto loan portfolio (2 W/4 W/CV as applicable)
Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0–30, 30–60, 60–90, 90+ DPD)
Ensure achievement of monthly collection and resolution targets
Monitor roll-forward, roll-back, and NPA levels
Lead and supervise a team of Area Collection Managers, Field Executives, and Agencies
Handle skip cases, hard bucket recovery, and write-off cases
Manage and control collection agencies & vendor performance
Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines
