Is active in fixing vessels, identifying and contributing to process improvement and execution of the segment strategy.
Develops and maintains positive and constructive relationships with existing and potential vendors.
Assists in identifying and developing new business relationships and opportunities by proactive interaction with vendors/brokers.
Recommends and executes commercial strategies for the vendor category.
Explains and promotes the chosen deployment strategy to the team, ensuring alignment of geographical, period and customer prioritizations.
