As a Regional Care Assistant across our Barchester complex care homes, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring high‑quality care and support across a 30‑mile radius. You will support residents with a variety of needs, including advanced or young‑onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro‑rehabilitation, and Huntington’s disease. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, support with meals and care plans, and ensure one‑to‑one time.
You have experience caring for older people, a can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm‑hearted approach will shine through, and you bring the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care.
