Implementing strategies for securities agency sales, plan to bring in new business and clients; to achieve its annual KPIs and targets, and long-term financial and non-financial targets
Manage, drive, and track the sales performance of CDRs and MRs (acquisition & activation) as a key distribution channel to promote AHIB's products and services (equity and derivatives); and contribute to branch profitability via sales or cross‑selling of the Group's products and services to retail clients
Ensure effective distribution of products and services to clients (both existing and new) in order to achieve the overall business objectives and grow the Retail Business, including:
mediation of business collaborative sales and referrals amongst CDRs and MRs
giving feedback (inputs and criticisms) to improve AHIB's product and services
