Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai and lead brand growth across the APAC & MEA markets.
This role will play a key part in translating global brand strategies into impactful regional and local plans, driving both commercial performance and brand equity across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities - Drive financial, commercial, and brand KPI achievement across IDM markets
- Develop regional brand strategies based on consumer, shopper, and market insights
- Translate global strategies into locally relevant execution plans
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Trade Marketing, DTC, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams
- Manage localization and activation of campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Support commercial teams with strong storytelling, presentations, and strategic brand direction
