Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; postgraduate certification is an advantage.
• With 3 years of experience in consultancy handling regional clients.
• 7–10 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards, with strong exposure to retirement plan design and employee well-being programs.
• Proven experience working with actuaries, insurers, TPAs, and benefits vendors, including renewal and cost-benefit analysis.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor regulations, benefits taxation, and regional benchmarking practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel, data visualization, and benefits modeling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
