We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Service Desk Intern to join our growing Technology department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in knowledge management, process improvement, etc. The intern will work closely with experienced team members in supporting the setup of the new Regional IT service desk serving all APAC markets.
Job Description Responsibilities - Reporting & Analytics : Prepare and maintain reporting and KPI dashboards for market reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Knowledge Management : Assist in the identification of knowledge base (KB) articles from AMER / EMEA regions and support localization efforts to ensure global consistency.
