Description
Summary:The Regional Banking Commercial Real Estate Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to the regional bank with a focus on the regional bank’s real estate group.


Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Creates analyses and strategies for the regional bank with a focus on commercial real estate customers and relationship managers

+ Creates reports, analysis, dashboards, and other key metrics for leadership and tracking.

+ Researches regional banking and real estate customers to identify key attributes for segmentation purposes.

+ Coordinates and monitors the scheduling and performance of programs.

+ Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and that appropriate governance is followed.
