Position Overview
A global alcohol organisation is hiring an experienced Regional Area Sales Manager (Distributor Markets) for its ASEAN business.
This is a Singapore-based regional sales and distributor management role covering select distributor markets (including Philippines and Indonesia).
The role reports to the Zone MD and manages 5–6 distributor partners and a lean time, with frequent travel across the ASEAN markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales, volume, margin, allocation and trade spend performance across select distributor markets (including Philippines and Indonesia)
- Manage distributor partners through market visits, JBP, QBRs, sales reviews and action plans
- Strengthen route-to-market, pricing, channel mix, portfolio priorities and commercial execution
