This role focuses on ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and scalable air freight movements across APAC trade lanes especially for time-sensitive cargo and SLA fulfilment for major customers. Typical duties include:
Capacity Management & Procurement
Strategically acquire and optimize air cargo capacity through a mix of spot purchases and Block Space Agreements (BSAs) to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.Secure reliable capacity at competitive rates to meet operational requirements while maintaining service reliability and fulfilling customer commitments. Drive end‑to‑end procurement effectiveness through integrated market analysis, vendor negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring, bridging demand forecasting with actual capacity execution.Manage space control, routing instructions, and re-procurement to align with customer needs and network efficiency
