Responsibilities The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
- Lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth with Big6 agency groups, driving long-term trading agreements, investment commitments, and joint business planning.
- Own end-to-end commercial strategy with key agency holding groups, including deal negotiations, incentive structures, and product adoption acceleration across priority verticals.
- Develop and execute agency growth frameworks to increase TikTokβs share of wallet through demand generation, performance scaling, and integrated marketing solutions.
