Exp Range : 10-12 Yrs
Location : Hamirpur & Muzzafarpur (Patna)

Must Have Key Skills:

Good communication skills (written/verbal) ·
Proficiency in Regional/Local Language written/verbal ·
Basic working knowledge of Electrical Equipment ie. UPS, DG etc. ·
Experienced in General Administration and facility management ·
Must have managed a team ·
Willing to work learn and perform under extreme pressure ·
Role required to work for extended working hours as situation demand ·
Role Required for Extensive Travel within Zone/Region/Hub ·
Must be ready to work six days a week or as per define rostering for the team ·
Awareness of building compliances and related laws of facility operations ·
Vendor Management skills ·
Open to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work ·
Good computer knowledge (Microsoft xls, word, PowerPoint etc.
