Position Overview
Lead customer success as a Regional Account Manager at Encore, focused on generating revenue and managing a diverse client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and event success.
In this position, you will develop relationships with new and existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth in your assigned region. Utilizing a proactive sales approach, you’ll engage with clients, attend meetings, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective service delivery and event execution.
