**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Region Manager Pharmacy 340B Program leads and manages the daily operations of the 340B Program within a Region(s) to assure an optimized and compliant program. This position serves as the primary internal program manager for all 340B-related matters for the Region and as the primary representative for the Region to the system for all 340B-related concerns.

As the leader of the Region 340B Operations team, the Manager works closely with other Region leaders as well as System leaders to assure that 340B vision and strategies are implemented and sustained throughout the Region.

The Manager will operationalize program improvements, expansions, implementations, and sustain maintenance and operations of the all components of the 340B Program and is responsible for ensuring optimal 340B Program compliance, quality, and operations at each covered entity in Region.
