Job Description Job Description Gasket Technician (Gasketeer) Cal Gaskets — Northern California About Us Cal Gaskets is a specialized commercial refrigeration company serving Northern California from Fresno to Redding, including the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We work with restaurant chains, fast food operators, grocery chains, and warehouse distributors — keeping their refrigeration units sealed, their compressors running, and their food safe. We're a small, close-knit team of about 10 people. We do one thing and we do it well: gaskets and strip curtains.
