Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor (Full-Time Teaching Role)

Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester. Compensation: up to £42,250 per year. Hours: Permanent Full‑Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 34 days of holiday (including bank holidays) initially, rising to 43 days after year 5. The role begins in May/June and includes support, CPD, induction, IT kit, eye tests, long‑service rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, and progression opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and training sessions in Wythenshawe for Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprentices.
• Plan and manage your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
