**MWR Technician - Referee**

**Job Summary**

Under general supervision, the **MWR Technician - Referee** coordinates activities required to operate Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) facilities

**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Knowledge of the rules of a specific sport
+ Excellent vision, good communication skills, the ability to make good decisions
+ Good physical stamina
+ Experience as a player, coach or official
+ Maintain continuing education

**Knowledge & Skills**

+ CPR and first aid certification is preferred
+ Knowledge of exercise science, health and fitness
+ Good interpersonal and customer service skills
