We’re hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor at IGNITE+ALIIGN in Bengaluru.

We’re looking for instructors who bring precision, strong movement understanding, presence, and professionalism into the room.

At IGNITE+ALIIGN, we’re building a modern wellness experience centered around intentional movement, elevated design, recovery, and community. This is a space designed for high-quality teaching and meaningful member experiences.

Requirements:

- Certified in Reformer Pilates

- STOTT Pilates certification preferred

- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics

- Experience conducting private and group Reformer sessions

- Ability to confidently work with beginners as well as experienced clients

- Excellent communication and cueing skills

- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
