Capital Football is the regional governing body for football and futsal in the wider Wellington region, affiliated to New Zealand Football. We cover five areas: Wellington, Porirua, Horowhenua/Kapiti, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa. Our mission is to provide, develop and safeguard the future of football and futsal.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Referee Manager, based out of the Federation’s offices in Petone, Wellington. The role is full‑time with a desired start date in August 2026. The ideal applicant will have a strong football refereeing background and understanding of the football community.

Responsibilities

The Referee Manager will be the lead for the development, support and growth of match officials throughout the Capital Football region. This position ensures the smooth connection of key referee functions operationally and developmentally.
