External Referral Program

We run an External Referral Program for non-employees to refer talent to us. If we employ the referred person, the referrer gets:

• $1,500 credit towards a hipages (AU)/ Builderscrack (NZ) tradie, or;

• hipages will donate $1,500 to a deductible gift recipient registered charity on your behalf, or;

• $1,500 gift cards, or;

• You may also choose to split between a combination of the three options to the maximum value of $1,500

This referral payment will be applicable once the hired referral has been employed by hipages for 30 days. Proposed charities are first checked by Finance to ensure they are legitimate DGR and that donating to them won't negatively impact the hipages brand.
