Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recycling Centre Supervisor for our area based within the Staffordshire area.
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate must have a clean UK Driving Licence.
Duties will include:-
Manage and oversee day to day site operations to ensure safe, professional and efficient serve delivery.Promote high standards of customer service and maximised recycling whilst minimising contamination.Ensure appropriate staffing levels including rota planning, sickness, holidays and agency cover.Ensuring full legal and contractual compliance.Manage employee relations matters and identify training and development requirements.Supervisor haulage contractors.Monitor Duty of Care requirements, Waste Carrier licences and consignment documentation.Oversee t...
