Mô tả công việc:Job Description: Recruitment (70%)
Participate in the recruitment process involving, screening and selection of ideal individuals.
Do the follow-up of the recruitment activity. Report the weekly activity (results, workflow…) to hiring managers.
Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
Create, build and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Identify and organize the staff training programs and new hire orientation
Analyze strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process to bring new improvements (in terms of reactivity, quality…)
Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management
