Job Description :
Report to: Head of HR
• Manage and monitor manpower plan, recruitment budget and recruitment cost
• Manage recruiting & selection activities from manpower approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing to ending probation period
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
• Propose to improve recruitment sources effectiveness
• Managing the keeping of performance management records
• Review and identify performance issues and propose to improve performance across company
• Liaise with functional managers to analyze, identify the training and development needs of the company then develop and implementing trainings and succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs.
