- Employer Branding
- Strengthen employer branding
- Manage job ads and career pages
- Participate in job fairs
- Recruitment Analytics
- Track KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, etc.)
- Leadership & Improvement
- Mentor junior recruiters
- Improve SOPs
