What You'll Do:


🎯 Collaborate with Consultants to understand the clients' staffing needs

🔍 Source candidates through job postings and headhunting

🤝 Conduct phone screening sessions and assess candidate qualifications


📊 Maintain applicant tracking system and manage candidate database


📝 Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
