+ Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison for the HR Partner, Unit, and Search Committee to provide recruitment guidance, consultation, and expertise in alignment with federal guidelines, university policies, and procedures for student recruitment activities. Will work with departments on student job posting details to meet university guidelines.
+ Reviews, audits recruitment plans and posts approved position descriptions coordinating with the HR Partner or Compensation Team as appropriate. Reviews position number assignment/position control validation and evaluates student direct hires in coordination with the supervisor.
