Overview We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in engineering and technical hiring across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and energy.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain client relationships (SMEs, MNCs, EPC firms, contractors)
- Screen candidates for technical competencies (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil)
- Advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability
- Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals
- Achieve placement and revenue targets (KPIs-driven role)
Key Requirements - 1–5+ years of recruitment experience (agency preferred) OR engineering background with interest in recruitment
- Understanding of engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, process, etc.)
