As a Recruitment Specialist with Meridia, you will have the opportunity to get involved with a wide variety of activities, as you support searches from start to finish, ensuring we provide clients and candidates with exemplary client and candidate care.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing a network of relevant candidates. Providing support to the senior staff in conducting candidate research using different candidate databases and through online research. Preparing candidate materials for clients. Supporting the quality and accuracy of our database through the quality assurance of incoming data and management of candidate data in our systems. Creating job ads and posting them on available platforms. When applicable, appropriately record paid ads and communicate to accounting to support invoicing.
