The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for performing end-to-end Recruitment Support to the Recruitment Team which includes but are not limited to the following job responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and screening of potential and qualified candidates through different sourcing channels and conducting of cold calls.
2. Utilization of available sourcing platforms.
3. Creation and monitoring of Job Postings, candidate-engagement media, etc.
4. Timely processing of candidates from Employee Referral Programs.
5. Conducting of initial interviews (through phone/video call) and administration of assessments to potential candidates.
6. Scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
7. Monitoring of tracker/s in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Submission of End of Day (EOD) Reports in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Ensuring the New Hireβs completion of Workday tasks and pre-employment requirements.
