Position Overview
The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Advanced English (must)
- Call center experience (desirable)
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (desirable)
- Microsoft Office applications
Job Activities
- Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates
- Perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall candidate eligibility
- Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the value of our brand
