Position Overview
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and attract candidates through online platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and or verification to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with Department head to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates' information is organized.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and its culture
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing Management
