Position Overview
Description Responsible for effectively implementing talent acquisition processes, procedures and strategies to ensure profitability and business growth. Develops & executes innovative and strategic talent acquisition initiatives that target increased efficiency, profitability, overall quality and retention. Ensures attainment of staffing requirements across multiple programs or sites to enable the company to meet and exceed goals and targets. Works with business leaders to establish and execute against targeted proactive talent acquisition strategies to meet growth demands. Responsible for the management of the Talent Acquisition functions and bringing improvements to the talent acquisition processes, including but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, talent data bank development and upskilling of technical recruiters.
