The Regional Recruiting Manager will oversee the execution of the staffing strategies for the Region they support. He/she will supervise a team of recruiters, providing coaching, development, and assessment while delivering full life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system. The manager requires strong organizational and project management skills to understand the company’s staffing model and resources, improve customer needs, and enhance departmental processes and procedures.
