Position Overview
Seeking a lead recruiter who will be responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates in support of large government contracts and the State & Commercial clients. Additionally: Delivering Strategic Recruiting support with strong ability to assess talent, prepare candidates for interviews, and close candidates and handle negotiations Collaborating with a team of sources and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development Understands the talent market through pro-active research Collaborate with the team to deeply understand hiring needs Work with the team to develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre screen candidates while moving the interview process forward (includes phone screening and face-to-face interviews, administering technical skills tests, contacting professional references) L...
