Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and manage relationships with Skill Development Center, TPs, ITIs & Colleges

✔ Build recruitment channels for bulk hiring across Rajasthan

✔ Plan recruitment drives & candidate mobilisation activities

✔ Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding & joining processes
