Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Conduct HR orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Ensure all employment documentation is accurately processed and filed.
Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle all work pass applications and processes
- Manage timely renewals, cancellations, and updates of work passes.
- Serve as the key point of contact for work pass queries from employees and authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in MOM regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
OFWAS (Online Foreign Workers Address Service)
- Maintain accurate and timely address updates for foreign workers in the OFWAS system.
- Support foreign employees with address registrations and updates.
