The responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator includes connecting with potential candidates both online and offline, screening applications, and supporting Talent Team.

You will be responsible for hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Your Role :

Interview Coordination : Effectively arrange and oversee interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless process.

Candidate Communication : Contact person for candidates, delivering updates, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Admin Tasks : Evaluate incoming applications, verify the completeness of required documents, and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
