Position Overview
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting Australian skilled workers with client needs. You’ll manage candidate registrations, conduct interviews and reference checks, advertise roles, and ensure compliance with workplace safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and register candidates (Field Team Members)
- Match candidates to job orders using internal systems and external platforms
- Maintain accurate records of qualifications, licenses, and compliance documents
- Advertise job vacancies to attract suitable applicants
- Support candidates during assignments, focusing on safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
