As a Recruiting Coordinator , you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. You will act as a vital link in the talent acquisition journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

your typical day includes

• Engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Serving as the physical on-site liaison for candidates and site leadership, managing day-one logistics, and coordinating real-time onboarding activities on the production/manufacturing floor.
