Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the suitability of potential candidates
2. Communicate with potential candidates, achieving and potential candidates to hitting KPI target.
3. Develop recruitment plans and strategies to meet client needs.
4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
5. Recommend qualified candidates to clients and arrange interviews.
6. Need to arrange candidate for physical examinations, open bank accounts, go out to deliver documents to customers
7. Perform administrative and coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely submission of required trade documents.
