• 360-Degree Recruitment: Expertly managing the full recruitment life cycle—from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
• Client Acquisition & Growth: Identifying and engaging new businesses and expanding existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery.
• Conducting client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and share recruitment trends.
