Position Overview
The Role:
- Business development to expand the market share
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
- Identifying and generating potential job seekers and profiles' database
- Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or Diploma in any field
- Result-oriented, resilient and resourceful
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and clients
