Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end desk ownership: client wins, role briefs, candidate search, screening, and offers Source passive and active candidates via Linked In, job boards, networking and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations Hit weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records Act as a market expert for engineering roles, salary trends, and skills You’ll succeed if you have: Tertiary Qualification is a must Excellent communication, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset Target-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple live roles Right to work in (country) (or specify y...
